WHY IN THE HELL are the state NOT BUILDING their own wall WHY????
The cost and the Feds won’t allow them to build it on Federal land which rides along the entire border.
So the States have to build it in a ways, on private property.
Which is a whole other issue.
Abbott has been on TV enough saying that he is building his own wall. I don’t know what gives?
What makes you think that Kalifornia would ever build a wall?
