My wife's sister had a 1959 Ford Skyliner; also a friend of mine had the same car. They enjoyed showing them off at our high school back in the 1960's, showing the hardtop reclining back into the trunk. Sister-in-law should have kept it, but downsized to a small convertible two-seater - the Ford was too big for her.
