I am guessing that Roberts’ point of view may have prevailed in this case, but the leak made that impossible.

That’s a pretty strong argument that the leak came from the right.

Prove that Traitor Roberts wasn’t the leaker.

[How hard can it be to ID the perp? Is Traitor Roberts still in charge of “the investigation”? What’s his time-line? etc.]

Not so sure about that. Newmax pundits have suggested it was Roberts himself that leaked it, not some Clerk. The leak just didn’t have the desired effect of having the lefts outrage intimidate one of the five Judges to change their decision.
