I concur absolutely. If you are raped, report the crime. Why let a rapist continue on the loose? If you suddenly remember you were raped, or worse, suddenly conjure up a rape, I have no sympathy.

Sure, perhaps you have personal reasons, then they die with you. I cannot imagine having to defend against a rape accusation ten years after the fact.
