States with the highest percentages of black population are predominantly in the conservative Deep South, namely, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia.
Friday's SCOTUS decision to overturn Roe-v-Wade stemmed from a case in Mississippi (Dobbs-v-Jackson Women's Health) involving the only abortion clinic in MS.

Illinois has 102 countries. 5 of them have the majority of abortions. 4 counties that make up most of the Chicago metro area, and St. Clair county, which has the Illinois suburbs of St. Louis.
Another interesting tidbit - Illinois is now up to about 20% of its abortions done on non-residents. Pritzker's tourist bureau is doing something right.
