Another AOC bit of wisdom from MTP: Impeachment of SC judges for lying in confirmation hearings.

Claims are Gorsuch and Kavanaugh expressed respect for precedent in nomination hearings. I'll wager transcripts do not get close to saying they'd vote to keep Roe v Wade.

Another thought I've not heard regarding stare decisis. Judges are blasted for ignoring precedents from '73 while justices ignored precedent prior to '73. Precedent until '73 left the issue to the states....a precedent those judges ignored. Strict adherance to precedent demolishes any civil rights gained ...among other things.
