Well, the Russians carried out the massacre, don’t you think they should get some credit for giving Katyn some notoriety? The Russians were so humble they even tried to give the Germans the credit for what the Russians did.
Yep. They want to pretend that the Soviet NKVD, at Stalin’s direction, did not murder all those Polish officers.
Calling it a Russian memorial just because it is in Russia is like calling Auschwitz a Polish memorial because it is in Poland.
