If Trump didn’t care about abortion, why is he the ONLY president who ever showed up in person at the March For Life?

Votes?! I don’t think so. I believe Trump has a soft spot in his heart for the defenseless.

There are New Yorkers who are pro-life. I met many of them when I went to Operation Rescue events.
