No you don’t get it. We are the party. Not some mythical “thing”, it’s me, you and Joe Blow down the street. IT’S UP TO US TO FIX THINGS.

Nobody in the RNC or GOP will do anything without prompting and participation from us. The days of the Calvary riding in to save the unengaged is over if it ever existed. Time to do some heavy lifting.

Check my posts for advice how to help.

Sorry to say this but that’s pure BS. Money talks in DC and big money gets what it wants.

The RNC and GOP do whatever the big money groups tell it to do. Trust me, from the moment a rep arrives on the Hill the fundraising never stops.

They pay a lot of lip service to placating the base, and make a lot of promises, but that’s a side show. Its ultimately money that lubricates the system. And that torrent of money comes into DC from all manner of places.

The point is its very hard to fix things when the underlying system is so dependent on big money. Do you understand that basic problem? You have to understand you’re fighting against a deeply entrenched and powerful political machinery. Those same forces successfully resisted much of what Donald Trump wanted to do. That’s the reality of what we’re up against. Some textbook’s notions of the political process isn’t how the system really works.

Party leadership is critical and its not going anywhere. The same people will still be in charge. And the main reason they are is because the are big cogs in the DC money machine.
