At the end of the video reporter says “around 10 civilians were evacuated”. Only 10 people took the Ukrainians up on their offer to evacuate….. seems like that would be the headline.

Perhaps you do not know that when your fellow Orcs take territory in Ukraine, they forcibly conscript the locals (which of course are Ukrainians) - even the handicapped are not exempt, nonetheless, they are given a WWII helmet and rifle sent to the front as part of the DNR/LNR AK 1 and AK2; their Orc commanding officers then sent these expendable troops out to die in suicide attacks, their bodies left to rot or find a mass grave.
