Guess all the baby killers can move to california.
I think Texas also :
Like the Dred Scott decision, a baby owner does not lose her ownership of the baby, and can cross state lines to kill the baby without legal challenge.
Here, a baby can legally lose its humanity by vice of its ‘mother’ crossing a state line.
The Third Amendment was put in clearly to make it financially impossible for the Federal government to afford a standing army. The Navy was allowed funding because:
a) advance warning of British or other forces crossing the ocean
b) Prevent a blockade before it gets started
c) Unlike an army, a Navy cannot occupy the land.
They antifederalists were deathly afraid of the power of the central government because of what they had suffered under English tyranny. Their fears are certainly justified in today's tyrannical, totalitarian, mostly unconstitutional government.
So proud of the righteous Christians in Missouri who have banned this heinous practice, and CANâÂÂT WAIT for a great Red state like the âÂÂBig Moâ to be a leader in banning the perversion known as homosexual âÂÂmarriage.â ItâÂÂs now up to the STATES to decide our own fate, freedom has been restored to the people. If they want to make California and New York into âÂÂGaylandâ and all the homosexuals can move there they are free to do so. Thank god our Red states now have the ability to decide our own rules and regulations and can finally take concrete steps to end the grooming and molestion of our children thatâÂÂs epidemic these days thanks to the gay âÂÂpedosâ who love to strut their perversions right out in the open in their disgusting âÂÂPride(less) Parades.âÂÂ
So happy to finally see our great nation moving in a good direction, for once.
