Are you dense? They ruled that the initial ruling 50 years ago was in error, was not constitutional so they rescinded that ruling which was wrong in the first place. They didn’t make anything legal or illegal today,they just removed a bad ruling from 50 years ago.

Maybe I'm just not understanding you. If the court lacked jurisdiction, as you seemed to state in your reply 348, then how could they overturn Roe?

Your posts certainly seem to be, you are arguing every which way against this ruling as if you hope there is some way around it.

Stating fact is not taking a position on that particular fact one way or the other. Sorry if reality is too much for you to take.
