any federal law will just be struck down as of now...its no longer protected.....
Roe overruled laws against Abortion. If Congress legalizes it, the SC will not overrule them.
It’s a moot point, about half of abortion clinics have closed from what I have heard. They can’t find doctors to do it. That’s why they want to allow PA’s to do it.
Why would it be struck down? SCOTUS is saying the legislature(s) can do what they want. It isn’t the courts’ business.
