Right Congress can make abortion legal. Pelosi and Schumer will probably use nuclear option to get it passed; along with possibly adding more SC Judges.

Yup and I think they might try it. In close competitive districts it will be 50-50 on whether it will help or hurt various Republican candidates. Abortion politics was just made local and personal and everyone will have to choose sides instead of relying on the USC “shield”!

Congress can’t force a state to allow abortions. The only exception might be if a state tried to make it illegal for its residents to go get a abortion in another state.
