Actually, Iranians see trannies all the time. The Iranian government pretty much forces homosexual men to “transition” with involuntary surgeries to become “women”. It’s very odd, but the Koran bans homosexuals, but not “transexuals”, since they didn’t exist at the time of Mohammed, so the Mullahs have mandated this solution.
