DeSantis is a terrible public speaker. He has no charisma. You need charisma to win.
He’s improving rapidly. In the meantime, from an interpersonal standpoint, based solely on the way he expresses himself and his general comportment, he’s impossible to hate. That should count for something. There’s more than one way to skin a cat.

DeSantis might be a good man but the truth is his resume is very thin.
Not sure he could deal with the tsunami of hate he would have to deal with if he were the nominee.
