For the life of me, I can not figure out why Ukrainians keep shelling un-militarized civilian area in their own country.

Ukraine has to punish Donetsk one last time while they have the opportunity.

I think they’re trying to divert Russian forces from the boiler being setup around Lyschychansk (sp). I do think that is the strategic reason for the Ukes shelling a civilian center, otherwise it makes no sense to me.
