No, the US has wanted this war from the beginning, and would have had it with Hillary if Trump didn’t upset their plans. Every credible geo-political expert out there says the US knew very well that talking about Ukraine joining NATO was a redline for Russia that would insure war, and the US provoked it because THEY WANT THIS WAR.
All western democracies are burdened with unpayable debt and they are afraid Russia and China will opt out of the western financial system causing the ponzi scheme to collapse, and they can’t allow that to happen. Ukraine is just the sacrificial pawn in this game. The plan is to wear Russia down militarily and financially with an extended war until Russia collapses. Ukraine is to become another Afghanistan.

If this had really been about NATO expansion then Russia should acknowledged that Zelensky has already conceded this point. Putin should then take the win and go home. No, the fact that Putin regards Ukraine as a part of Russia is the problem. The excuse of NATO expansion was merely the justification for an action that he had wanted to take for a long time and thought, with a weak Biden, that now was the time to act.
On the other hand, Finland is not seen as part of the Russian Empire and would be far less likely to be invaded.
The Biden regime wanted Russia to invade, foolishly thinking we could defeat the Russians either in a hot war or through sanctions.
Now, apparently the same thing is happening with Finland in order to provide justification for a hot war, which could set off WWIII.
Pootie poot wanted this war to grab land and resources.
NATO was just the pretext.

1) The American will never support risking American lives in a war with Russia 2) will not support a sanction war with Russia that continues to accelerate inflation and 3) will not support sinking billions of taxpayer dollars into Ukraine.

Winter’s over. If the Russians wait until next winter, they’re going to be deploying T55 and T62s. At the rate of loss in Ukraine, Russia will be out of class A troops and down 50% on Class B. Also factor in the sanctions. They cannot produce any high tech military equipment. That will impair replenishment or Tanks, missiles, and aircraft.
