Yes, this was definitely not the first rodeo for them. What we saw in that film was a well-oiled machine. They did it in 2016 but underestimated Trump's strength in the Rust Belt. They made sure they manufactured enough votes this time but still had to shut down counting votes in the middle of the night for battleground states that Trump was winning handily. This allowed them to pull out the fake ballots they held in reserve.

For future elections, these mules are going to be told to leave their cell phones at home to avoid the geo-tracking so I hope that we are ready for that and have observers taking video of all drop boxes, for example.
