He shouldn’t be on a bike at all.
He 79 y/o, has some type of brain illness, and walks stiff as hell.
His exercise should be walking, light machine based weights, and some swimming.
Probably some modified yoga as well.

That’s actually was my first reaction when I saw the short clip of him falling. He is drawn away from the bike path as if by a magnet, and is is looking down towards someone and smiling.
