How is post number 5 a prime example? I see facts backing up Putin is having a bad day.
I find the treaty very interesting.
“However, either Contracting Party may at any time terminate this Agreement after giving at least six months’ written notice through the diplomatic channel.”
Under Article 24 in the treaty Lithuania has the right to terminate with a six-month notice. If I were Lithuania, I would let the goods flow, then send an official termination notice via diplomatic channels.
