He was never going to win with any Federal action over a state run election. Period. Ever.
Yes, Trump and the Republican party screwed this up from the very beginning by not spending the money to hire teams of real lawyers in each and every state, county, and city to fight the stolen election.
I don't think any legal action would prevail. That was my leading contention. There is no remedy at law.
From there I went on to assert that remedy at law or not, the people will believe one way or the other. I happen to believe the elction was decided wroingly. But I am not the powers that be, and the powers that be have control over legalities. Election doesn;t follow the constitution? No problem. It's still okay. Law says you hvae to vote in your county of residence, but you don't? Ignore the law. That's the remedy at law.
