UPDATE!
My dad is doing great! I talked to him on the phone last Wednesday. He asked me to bring his powerchair to the short-term rehabilitation facility, because he has trouble operating the chair they provided. He told me, “Come on down!” lol. They have an in-house gym there where they’re helping him regain his strength - that’s why he needed the powerchair.
Anyway, he is doing that much better now! Wasn’t able to actually see him due to their COVID policy though. Thank you everyone for your prayers throughout these last two months!

What a relief. I confess I got concerned that he had not come home yet. But I see he is getting the full Rolls Royce treatment. We are all still praying. Cue that Rocky music again.

There are lots of functional free video chat apps for phones these days.
My family does 4 way Facetime calls on iPhones and iPads all the time,
for example. (It’s not limited to 4 way, either.)
Don’t let [them] keep family in visual isolation. It’s unhealthy and depressing.
