Here’s a thought...
How about letting parents be responsible for feeding their own kids?

Yeah! what do they do with all the free welfare. Most carts that go though the checkout with that card eat better than I do.

What a racist idea. Everyone knows it takes a village to raise a child.

Y'know, there was a time when the GOV would take your kids from you if you couldn't provide/feed them. Now, the GOV rewards you for being unable to meet your responsibilities as a "parent".

Such is the collapse of Our Once Proud Nation.

Most of the “free lunches” wind up in the cafeteria garbage cans, being nearly 100% frozen microwaveable portions of garbage nearly devoid of nutrients—not real food cooked right there. The vending machines for candy and other non-nutritional snacks do a booming business in schools. Somehow the students always have money for that.

A novel idea that will be rejected by millions. 40 years ago I lived in West Seattle, what was then a blue collar neighborhood.

I had a neighbor who was a professional baker who worked for the largest bread producer in the area at the time. He had a son two years older than my daughter. As my daughter got closer to school age, the more my conversations with the neighbor revolved around public schools.

What I learned from him and several others in the neighborhood, caused me to sell my home and move westward across the Puget Sound to a rural county with residents that possessed much more common sense. They wanted Chinese Style child rearing!

The West Seattle folks almost completely, thought public schools should be responsible for feeding and basically everything that the parents should be doing themselves and more during the time the schools had the children. What really made me lose my temper and friendship with the one neighbor with the boy child, was the fact that he and his wife thought the schools should be the ones who teach the kids the “Birds and the Bees” issue in the schools.

He got what he wanted and more. I expect to see article after article deriding the cancellation of the the “Benefit”, highlighting depressed, distressed, delirious, dependent dregs on society describing how terrible this diabolical denial is disastrous to their despicable lives.

That kind of lunacy finally manifested itself in 2007 when Hitlery put that stupid phrase, “it takes a village to raise a village idiot” or something like that in her ghost written book and presidential campaign. I’m with you, enough already!!!
