A high school teacher has been fired from her job after she let female students take topless photos for an art project.
Emma Wright, 41, was working as an art teacher at Huxlow Science College in Northamptonshire, England, back in 2017 when the classroom photoshoot took place.

Teenagers do a lot of stuff I don’t like.
Usually I don’t make a big deal out of blaming parents if kids use drugs or they make bad sexual choices. Obviously the parents didn’t succeed in teaching values that seem important to me, but this sort of failure is too common to condemn too vehemently. Besides, there, but for the Grace of God, go I.
This article seems to be about high school students. I have a hard time imagining that the worst thing these kids did was take take topless photos of themselves- not their friends, not strangers.
If the teacher circulated the pictures, she probably needs to take the heat. Wrong direction for the kids, wrong direction for the class, no awareness of boundaries the rest of us are trying to maintain.
If this is a matter of high school kids acting on their own and we imagine that art teachers are going to hold society’s borders for us, then I think we might lighten up. Art teachers might not be the enforcers we should look to.

Wasn’t it Voltaire who said that those who can make you believe absurdities can make you commit atrocities? Seen in that light, isn’t that the real goal?
The West has capitulated to the ambiguous LGBTQ+ immorality.
We’ve dropped the guardrails, and the suffering will continue for the both the innocent and destructive dependents.
The LGBTQ+ agenda has gone way beyond adult homosexuality. Among other deviances, it’s going after the children at a frightening rate.
We’re nothing if we can’t protect the innocent — at any cost.

It had nothing to do with the parents.
It was the teacher that facilitated this atrocity.
The parents got the teacher sacked when they found out.
She'd better go teach in the fetid, decrepit, hell hole of San Francisco where they tolerate such nonsense.
Well, I guess toplessness didn’t get to the atrocity level for me.
I taught a lot of kids who found ways to hurt themselves. I don’t always blame the parents or the teachers.
Please feel free to hold this teacher up for our criticism if you feel that way. As the article says, she is out of line.
