I used to listen to his show until the day back in Oct. 2020 when he endorsed both Biden and Democrat Governor Inslee.
Before that he was a commie. Check his history.
He wrote the great “Hollywood vs America” of 1991.
In it he stated he was a liberal.
He seemed to go conservative after that.
But perhaps never truly lost all his liberalism.
And his shows are not very interesting... No new ideas, no insights, no reason to listen.
He's not even a RINO anymore. In 2020 he endorsed Biden and also Jay Inslee, Washington's far, far left governor.
What was his explanation?
“Over the years he’s gone from being a staunch conservative republican to a liberal RINO.”
He’s never acknowledged it but I think that Medved was one of Dubya’s speechwriters. And like Dubya he managed to fool a lot of people into believing that he was something he wasn’t.
In the 1960s Medved was an antiwar activist with Hanoi sympathies. Then as his former comrades on the Left became hostile to Israel and the Democrats became weak on foreign policy he joined the neocon migration to the GOP during the Reagan years.
