The vaccine that was approved comes with liability protections. That means that any FDA approve vaccine is subject to lawsuits for damages. The other one is exempt.”

Even Robert Malone has admitted that is incorrect.

Which will be thrown out of court.

SEN. RON JOHNSON: We do not have an FDA-approved vaccine being administered in the U.S. The FDA played a bait and switch. They approved the Comirnaty version of Pfizer drugs. It’s not available in the U.S. They even admit it.
I sent them a letter three days later going “What are you doing?” What they did is they extended the emergency use authorization for the Pfizer drug vaccine that’s available in the U.S., here that’s more than 30 days later, they haven’t asked that very simple question. If you’re saying that the Pfizer drug is the same as the Comirnaty, why didn’t you provide FDA approval on that? So, there’s not an FDA-approved drug and, of course, they announced it so they could push through these mandates so that people actually think, “Oh, OK now these things are FDA approved.” They are not and again, maybe they should be, but the FDA isn’t telling me why.

He has been running hearings and has more documentation and information than just about anyone else.
Sorry, if I don’t believe some MSM article that has spend the better part of two years lying to us.

However, if you can show me one place that is offering the “COMIRNATY” Vaccine, I’ll be happy to admit I was wrong. It’s been a few months since I last check, but I’m betting that it is still not available, and it never will be.

BTW, don’t waste your time. You will never find them available. They are finally admitting they will never be made, just like I said.

This is their statement on Pfizer.

“Pfizer received initial FDA BLA license on 8/23/2021 for its COVID-19 vaccine for use in individuals 16 and older (COMIRNATY). At that time, the FDA published a BLA package insert that included the approved new COVID-19 vaccine tradename COMIRNATY and listed 2 new NDCs (0069-1000-03, 0069-1000-02) and images of labels with the new tradename. These NDCs will not be manufactured. Only NDCs for the subsequently BLA approved tris-sucrose formulation will be produced.”

Here is the one for Moderna:

The following SPIKEVAX products are not anticipated to be manufactured and orderable. These NDC codes are not included in CDC Vaccine Code Set files at this time. Moderna has provided the following statement regarding the SPIKEVAX branded NDCs and labels:
“Moderna received FDA BLA license on January 31, 2022, for its COVID-19 vaccine SPIKEVAX (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA) for use in individuals 18 and older. At that time, the FDA published a BLA package insert that included the new approved trade name SPIKEVAX and listed 2 new NDCs for Unit of Sale cartons (80777-100-99 and 80777-100-98).

The NDCs related to the Carton of 10 7.5mL vials (80777-100-98/80777-100-15) will not be manufactured. Only the SPIKEVAX NDCs 80777-100-99 and 80777-100-11 will be manufactured at this time.”
