A panel of journalists who have recently spent time covering the war in Ukraine discusses the situation on the ground there and in the surrounding region, and policy considerations for the United States and NATO allies.

Being wary of this...
CFR is Deep State.
The very title is creepy. These were the people laughing boisterously while Biden bragged about how he used taxpayer funds to buffalo Poroshenko into firing the prosecutor investigating Hunter and his crooked friends.
But surprisingly, the discussion is intelligent and substantive.
Still, very wary....
panelists from PBS, New Yorker and never-trumper WSJ.
After 3 minutes in, clear to me the underpinning of this is that innocent Ukraine was ruthlessly invaded.
Didn’t expect much from the CFR, and I didn’t get much from the CFR.
YMMV.
1. Trump is not involved in anything to do with Ukraine, except that it went to hell on account of his absence.
2. Ukraine is innocent of any casus belli against Russia.
3. Russia did ruthlessly invade Ukraine, even if somebody from PBS and other outlets agree that that’s the case. Because it is the case.
4. First-hand knowledge in a war is important and should be paid attention to, even from partisan hacks.
You sound like a brainwashed neocon...no surprise here.
From the US DOD, admitting in as positive light as they possibly can that the CIA/DOD had/has 46 Ukrainian biolabs:
Oh, and not DJT perse, but Ukraine/Russia is just one visual hotspot of the Deep State (Great Reset) versus an Aliance, of which DJT is part of.
How is being a “never-Trumper” or not relevant to US policy in Ukraine. How is your narrative about whether or not Ukraine is either a paragon of virtue or not even relevant to the discussion. There’s a war going on, and its nature must be considered. Ukrainian nationalism and Putin’s desire to extinguish it is discussed. The Azov Battalion and its evolution is discussed. Putin’s territorial ambitions and Ukraine’s impact on it is discussed. You can agree or disagree with what is said, or you can refuse to listen. I like listening, even to people I disagree with, provided I don’t totally despise them and everything they stand for. And I can’t despise someone who goes to a war zone, comes back, and tells us what they see and what they conclude, even if I disagree.
Oh, nose! I didn’t utter the shiboleth, so now I’m a neocon. GMAFB.
You sound like an IQ-challenged twit. Not brainwashed, though. For that you need a brain to wash.
That's one interpretation of our stated differences. The other is that I do listen, and listen deeply, have my own suite of information sources, and gathered a plethora of other data from which I reach my conclusions. They apparently differ from yours. That's fine... we can agree to disagree. I think.
You have your own suite of info sources? Great! So share them with me.
Are you on Telegram?
LOTS and LOTS of channels, with raw and very varied info. On Ukraine, from various angles towards both Ukraine and Russia, Zelensky and Putin.
One must, like anyplace else, do due diligence and discernment with heart/brain. Like anyplace else, like Fox and MSM (but I repeat myself), psyops abound. But, them’s the current state of affairs in getting any info.
Exactly. I no longer argue or offer counter narratives as it’s useless if the other side is not interested in reading or watching what is censored. But the narrative is shifting, as the Ukros are being thrown into the line of fire and losing terribly. My 2 cents... many of the actual fighters/batallions ie AZOV have been captured or killed in the east. Now they’re dealing with conscripts who are regularly being captured or killed, basically as cannon fodder as they don’t have the training. I also think this is where some of their errors, like throwing javelins at housing and hospitals.
Incoming comments will be: NO! its the russians bombing their russian speaking populations...
Not on twitter, telegram, facebook, or tik tok. Somebody pukes you tube feeds into my phone, and when it’s interesting, I share it here. They won’t hardly let any Gutfeld on anymore, but they do allow Babylon Bee, so I’m stuck with information when I’d rather laugh, except for the Bee. Their blog this week has Tyrus, so I’m going to post it.
