1c- President Biden suggested Ukraine would have to cede part of its territory to Russia to end Putin’s invasion.
1d- The U.S. slow walks funds & military aid.
2a- I believe that the U.S. Military is in control of our government. The Pentagon has Biden on a short leash & will NOT comply with either Biden or actions of Congress.

When a high level Chinese official attempted to defect to a US consulate, Biden ordered the State Department to hand him back to the Chinese.
In a literal sense, Biden’s not technically acting against US interests at the behest of foreign powers. He’s doing things he’d be doing anyway. He’s just getting paid for it.

Just to let you know there are several items in the news today showing the Ukrainians advancing and making some unexpected river crossings to attack Soviet positions.
The Soviet offensive is failing and the Ukrainians are retaking territory.
The Ukrainians are underestimating the Russian’s ability to locate Ukrainian concentrations by locating the origin of open and encrypted radio communications and other technologies.

That may be, but the big problem for ZSU is they have no answer for the Orc artillery Orlon-10 drone - this drone is how the majority of Orc artillery strikes happen and how the fire is corrected; this system is described in detail in Attack on Europe postings over the past months.
The other problem is the trickle of foreign weapons - the ZSU fires 3000-5000 shells a day and the Orcs fire back 50,000. The amount of aid the US is giving is announced in dollar terms which make the public turn against the effort. At no other time did the US announce it military aid to a country at war in dollars; the items needed were simply send on the fastest possible transport directly to the country concerned. They need thousands of artillery pieces and millions of shells - as well as dedicated artillery drones now - not months from now as scheduled, not sitting in some warehouse in another country.
