I really wish these bloggers would learn how things operate before they print idiocy like this.

The Chief Justice doesn’t decide when to release opinions.

Opinions are released when a majority of justices have signed on to it AND all dissenting and concurring opinions are done.

There are cases decided without a majority opinion (e.g., Planned Parenthood v. Casey). If dissenting and concurring opinions being completed was necessary for the decision to be issued, then the Leftist Justices will simply never finish the dissenting opinion(s). That can't be right.

Your post #18 is exactly right. It is more likely than not that a concurrence or particularly a dissent is still being worked on. Even possible that a dissenter is dragging their feet deliberately.
