We do that in NevaDUH. Vegas and Reno have about 75% of the votes so.......... Mrs rktman thinks one county=1 vote in the final tally based on who wins the county.
Here’s my solution....
2 or 3 candidates
Each county gets 3 “state electoral votes”
One candidate wins 66% or more of the vote: 3 state electoral votes.
Candidate wins 50.1 to 65.9%: 2 state electoral votes to the winner ... 1 state electoral vote to the loser
Candidates are tied across the board: 1 state electoral vote each
No county has anymore juice over any others. The densely populated areas don’t get to run roughshod over the rural areas and rule the roost.
477 state electoral votes up for grabs in Georgia. Abrams would probably get around 50-60. If it was a really good year for her, maybe she’d get 100. Maybe.
