Assembly Bill 2223 by Assemblywoman Buffy Wicks (D-Oakland), is an abortion bill misleadingly labeled “Reproductive health,” which actually seeks/sought to legalize infanticide to expand the killing of infants past the moment of birth up to weeks after, the Globe reported.

Democrat Kiddie Rapers love the butchered baby.
The Army of Satan cannot stand the day to go by that hundreds of babies aren’t murdered. I cannot believe anyone who supports abortion on demand is a true Christian whether they be a devout Catholic, a church preacher or any of those folks out demonstrating carrying signs that support it.
The Democrats will argue that it is a “woman’s right to choose”. What they mean is that half of the babies killed are black and are therefore unworthy of life. After all, given how deeply racist our society is, the systemic racism condemns these babies to a life of poverty, abuse and ultimately, prison. So it makes sense to spare them all the misery and agony of a life in such a racist system. It is an act of mercy and compassion therefore to abort them.
The catch is there is no way to investigate whether it happen in utero or after birth
The coroner can still investigate in utero, it just removes the requirement to investigate. It still requires post birth investigation. What this does do is great a grey area where corrupt coroners/police/doctors could ignore suspicious deaths.
“...killing of live born babies up to 7 days after birth.”
First thing that popped into my mind. The law is very sound on the determination of birth, thus life.
Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 17, § 915 - Live Birth
“’Live birth’ means the complete expulsion or extraction from its mother of a product of conception (irrespective of the duration of pregnancy) which, after such separation, breathes or shows any other evidence of life such as beating of the heart, pulsation of the umbilical cord, or definite movement of voluntary muscles, whether or not the umbilical cord has been cut or the placenta is attached.”
The reason they were forced to allow partial birth abortion was that the child had not been born yet. I honestly don’t think they are going to get this one made legal because the child, after birth, has rights.
And they can’t call it abortion as it doesn’t fit the description. It also doesn’t stay within the law in that it is now going to be considered premeditated murder by the doctor and the family making the decision. Murder one due to a live birth being witnessed. They may have a problem getting a doctor to do it. And it violates the 14th amendment by having the birth on US land which makes it a citizen of the US. Like I said, it has rights. And murder is not one of them when it progressed past abortion.

The post-Christian world is upon us.
Some people are clearly driven to murder innocent little preborn babies because murdering innocence is what evil does.
You’re mistaken!
Look up “The ‘Perinatal’ Problem: Deaths of Babies After They’re Born”
The Dems have been clever, so clever they fooled even you!🥴
Not sure if you are in a time loop, but you are replying to a months old comment, with a months old, out of date, inaccurate article. Here is the text as it stands today, even narrower than before. No infanticide allowed.
