Justice Thomas (only 1/9 of the Court) believes that a persons second amendment rights can not ever be taken away - even after criminal acts.

As a Christian who believes in forgiveness this makes sense. If you truly understand, believe and pray the Lord's Prayer, you'll get this. If you believe in life and protecting one's life, you'll get this.

If you paid your society, then you should have all the rights to function as a complete human being and become a productive member of society. This was once the case in some parts America ... a long, long time ago.

The only time a US citizen should be deprived of their rights is when they have been convicted of a crime and sentenced to prison.

Nothing in the Constitution says only nice people have rights. As far as the Sacred Ten, when one is in prison one looses certain rights. When the sentence is served, all rights should be restored. To say that a once convicted felon can no longer speak freely or have arms is wrong and foolish. If a person is an unrepentant felon, the law means nothing any way.
