Which is exactly what he is demanding the oil companies do.
What a blithering idiot.
This fool thinks oil companies should take all the big losses when oil prices are low, and make none of the profits when prices are bigh. Why doesnt HE just cap his gas price at $3 gallon, taking the losses?
The state and federal gov’ts make a whole lot more money then do the gas station owners and the oil companies. They in return let the roads and bridges fall into ruin.
Meanwhile oil companies invest BILLIONS and has the most cutting edge technology to find oil and gas.
He has been in the business for 48 YEARS & he thinks the OIL COMPANIES are responsible?

and delivery to the consumer?
The cost of a barrel does come in at some point, and the
prices at the pump are based on it.
While I probably did botch the description, the fact still
remains that the cost per barrel is not controlled by the
oil companies, and they are not profiteering in true
sense.

When the price of goes oil goes from $50 to $120 who is getting that extra money?
