Nope, it is the US war against Europe in the first place and Ukraine is an instrument of it. What Russia is? In terms of economy it is not a viable competitor to the US. Europe is the whole different matter.
I think it is a continuation of the Syrian pipeline war Obama started for Europe. He parked our troops within a stones throw of a Russian base established in the 70s. The left requires Putin to leave so they can install another zelensky and control the vast Russian natural resources. They cannot force us to go green while Putin is selling oil.
