Mount Doane will now be called First Peoples Mountain It might be officially renamed, but it will still be called Mount Doane.
Here in Phoenix, Squaw Peak has been officially renamed to "Piestewa Peak". No one can pronounce it, let alone call it that. Numerous businesses don't go along.
