No. Although I guess fencing is more accurate, but no walking onto or driving into campus without passing by the guard shack. The campus is quite large, so it is easy to have pictures of buildings showing no fencing.

In my travels to some 3rd world countries (I don’t count Portland as a country) I have seen concrete walls around residences with broken glass bottles cemented to the top.
