Since that I’ve gained a bit more respect and empathy for how bad he was injured. Also in watching interviews during the masters he seems to have matured and found some humility.

His competitive career is over, that's obvious. I suspect some of that influences his humility, and some of it comes from maturity.

Yeah it was quite a contrast from when I saw him play first hand back in the 90s here in North Florida.

The behavior I saw back then could only be described as him being a complete and total jackass.

I saw him treat his caddy in ways that no one should have to tolerate.

I don’t believe in karma but I do believe life has a way of catching up to you....and it looks like his has.
