Ordering Sex-Change Surgery for Trans Cop, Obama Judge Equates it to Mastectomies for Cancer

Note that Judge Treadwell specifically cited trannyism as a 'disease'. In fact the ruling almost belabors the point that the Judge consistently referred to trannyism as a disease (which it was listed as such in the US until the DSM-5 nearly a decade ago, and was listed as such internationally in the ICD-10 until ICD-11 just released this past January).

"In a 33-page ruling issued last week Treadwell compares the county’s health insurance excluding “all treatment for gender dysphoria” (including sex-change surgery and drugs related to the procedure) to surgery for breast cancer"

We are missing opportunities to punch down by focusing on the wrong thing.

The only things insurance companies are able to get away with rejecting these days are transplants. Everything else is up for grabs.

Meanwhile, this dodo jurist from the Obama Army of the Stupid just ruled that trannyism is a disease, and those trannies are diseased -- why else would they require treatment.

"Polls show the transgender ideology is deeply unpopular, especially among women and parents. In 2017, former President Barack Obama told NPR that his promotion of the transgender ideology made it easier for Donald Trump to win the presidency."
