No, Trump should be Desantis’s running mate. As president, Desantis will do the governing; as VP, Trump can tweet and hold rallies. And as VP, Trump won’t have the power to hire cabinet heads and other key officials, so we won’t have to put up with his bad decisions on that front
Trump doesn’t do second fiddle to anyone. Either he’s running it or he’s not involved.
Hahah, No one can see Trump as anyone’s VP. That’s what leadership looks like.
It would be nice if we could take the best parts of Trump and DeSantis and combine them, but I don’t think either of the two is interested in playing second fiddle to anybody. I love DeSantis for his position on domestic issue, but would like to hear his position on foreign policy matters. If he’s a neocon, well that would totally disqualify him in my book. Many of Trumps picks turned out to be terrible, hope he leaned something from that experience. The ‘rats are doing everything they can to try and disqualify Trump from even running, worried they won’t be able to get away with stealing the election again.
As smart a move as this is,
I do not believe trump would do it.
