I read something the other day that explained that it takes 3 hours running 350kw generator to charge one EV to 80% or approximately a 200 mile range.
The generator takes 12 gallons of diesel per hour to run thereby making that 80% charge use 36 gallons of diesel, 5.5 mi/gal.
That's green?
