How much mass would have to be put in orbit for this system. It takes lots of energy to put a pound into orbit.

Musk could use solar energy to mine the moon for aluminum mirror material, and free up oxygen. The mirrors do not need to be rocketed close to Earth to be effective. Unfortunately, the moon is devoid of the key carbon cycle "pollutant" CO2, which all life depends on.

Use the mirrors to warm the open ocean surfaces to create more hydropower, turn the Sahara and Australia into rain forests. No matter the future energy source, some method is needed to radiate large amounts of waste heat from Earth out to space. Once we have that technology, the global warming socialist plot is kaput. Musk should tackle that first.
