Good God. The one big case he had as a Federal Prosecutor, was of an FBI agent named Richard Miller, who spied for the Russians. Miller had 20 years on the job. The first trial resulted in a hung jury. The second trial resulted in a conviction that was overturned on appeal. The third trial he was convicted. He was sentenced to 20 years, but served less than three, which tells me that the case, and the prosecutor sucked.
