At which point Trump should demand his right to a speedy trial, (ROST). 30 days for the DOJ to turn over all evidence and Brady materials. That puts the DOJ on the spot because, as with Sussmann, late “evidence” must be excluded from the trial due to the lack of time for the defense to evaluate it. Make them hold the trial within 60 days of indictment.
I have no doubts that Trump’s team would be ready with a demand that he tried in Florida, (his home), and if denied he can immediately appeal the refusal of a change of venue all the way up to the USSC. He has the right to a “FAIR” trial and that means an unbiased jury pool, which is impossible in DC, (the Sussmann trial proved that).
I can’t think of any charges that would get past a motion to dismiss by an unbiased judge, but, if denied, he has the appeals court and USSC to take it to.
It’s almost like they want a real insurrection. Not a pretend one like Jan 6.
