The Department of Justice has informed the House select committee investigating the January 6, 2021, insurrection that it will not indict two former Trump White House officials found in contempt by the committee.

The New York Times first reported the news that Mark Meadows, former chief of staff to then-President Donald Trump, and Dan Scavino, former deputy chief of staff to Trump, won’t be prosecuted.

.
Papadopolous was setup and they waited to arrest him at an airport for misremembering the date.

They set him up, but he smelled something was wrong and left the money, so the task force at the airport found nothing when they searched his luggage and carry-ons. They interrogated him at the Airport, put him Jail, Leaked lies to the Media, and then charged him with providing the wrong date.

Seriously.

The Media dutifully reported that he was the Russian connection, when he was entry level volunteer that had never been to Russia and couldn’t speak a word of Russian.

The indictment of Navarro is a DOJ strategy to force him to spend his money on defending himself rather than on his lawsuit to have the Jan 6 committee invalidated as a violation of the House’s own rules.

The indictments of both Bannon and Navarro and not the others are also because they were both sanctioned by the CCP, and the DOJ is under their influence.

You are correct. Navarro said this at his presser that he is defending himself, “pro se” to defeat the government strategy of drowning him in legal fees.

Sort of the opposite of James Clapper, who lied to Congress and wasn’t charged with perjury.

This whole committee is disgusting, unconstitutional and illegal. Nancy’s the one that should be on trial.

It is, but the GOP held Congress from 2017-2019 and could have easily shut down the Mueller probe and gotten to the bottom of Russia hoax. Instead, they let this farce nearly destroy Trump’s presidency and now this J6 committee is working to prevent Trump from running again. Paul Ryan is out there wondering why Republicans didn’t vote to impeach and convict Trump. Trump was exposing their corruption, that’s the real reason why they’re still going after him.

I hope that when Republicans take over they replace every member of this committee and investigate the current members for their roles in the January 6 conspiracy.

We need all of Nancy Pelosi’s text, phone, and email records. She needs to testify under oath. Perhaps a special prosecutors is warranted.

We also need to have televised interviews with those who have been illegally and unconstitutionally imprisoned (loss of liberty) for many months (no speedy trial) without bail or bond (unreasonably denied).

Unlike Scavino and Meadows, however, Navarro openly defied the committee’s request and made no attempt to negotiate terms to comply.

The illegally-formed J6 Committee is incensed by Navarro's lawsuit challenging the Democrat's weaponized little cabal's very existence.

To emphasize its no-nonsense Gestapo-like power, the Dems had the complicit DOJ slap handcuffs and leg irons on the 73 year old professor. Is there a precedent in legal history where steel arm and leg restraints were used for a misdemeanor?

Where are the Republican legal eagles raising holy hell over this blatant criminal display of government lawlessness?

“The indictment of Navarro is a DOJ strategy to force him to spend his money on defending himself”

The judge seemed pissed that their strategy didn’t work. WE are to blame for allowing that strategy to ever work. If every Trump supporter pitched in $10 to a general legal defense fund, then this “punish by bankrupting them” would be greatly neutered. They left usually takes care of their own. We leave our guys out there twisting in the wind.

That’s what they did to Flynn and then threatened to go after his son.
