It actually made me think of a good secondary test - "how did the surrounding states and adjacent counties turn out compared to these states that dropped off big-time?"
We tend to think of the overall vote in terms of states, counties and precincts - but as we saw in 2000 Mules, when ballot mules in Arizona get busted by the fibbies by fingerprint, Georgia ballot mules suddenly start wearing latex gloves.
I had a voting turnout anomaly in Pennsylvania that I couldn't explain with my method - until I realized that New Jersey, the Vote Fraud Capital of the East Coast, bordered on these problem counties.
Sure enough, I looked cross-border, and vote-rigging NJ counties were right next door.
Since the New Jersey vote fraud infrastructure already had NJ signed, sealed and delivered for Short Bus Biden and The Ho, they sent mules across to Pennsylvania to "help out" with the 2020 "Trump problem"in PA...
