The bump stock ban came after Parkland, a few years after.
Bumpstock was a result of the Las Vegas shooting. Parkland was about four months later.
All who were involved in the cover-up and stand down are now either retired with pension or moved up to better paying jobs, yeah nothing was done after parkland
