I saw his picture at the link. He is definitely a black guy, and yes, I believe this story will be deep sixed by tomorow.

The Tulsa Race Riot began after the sheriff disarmed a black group who wanted to protect the prisoner and their homes.

Once disarmed their part of town went up in flames.
