This pope supports abortion. Simple as that. When he was elected there was such glee, “ but he carried his own luggage.” It was clear from the start he is pro homosexuality and abortion. He is very sneaky about it.

Indeed. It’s very sad. The Church will continue to hemorrhage members as long as it continues to adopt the errors of mainline, liberal protestantism.

Only within the traditionalist/Latin Mass subculture do I see any remnant of faithful Catholicism. The John Paul II “middle way” has been utterly blown up by Bergoglio’s disastrous papacy over the last decade.

And, of course, for the very reason that the traditionalist/Latin Mass subculture represents resistance to the progressive agenda it is and will be under constant siege and attempts at suppression.

Without a doubt, it’s clear that Bergoglio has no quarrel with homosexual acts or the homosexual political agenda. As to abortion, it’s a little more complicated. I think at some level he does not approve of abortion in the same way that he approves of homosexuality. He uses colorful language to criticize abortion (i.e., “it’s like hiring a hitman”). You don’t see any analogous criticism of homosexuality. But I agree with you that he’s de facto pro-abortion because he is full-spectrum, doctrinaire leftist who never met a leftist politician he didn’t love and conservative politician he didn’t hate. The fact that “his team” is generally pro-abortion is enough for him to stand down on the issue.

Any institution that is supposedly non-political eventually gets taken over by leftists. That is their agenda.

Clarification: "Any institution that is supposedly non-political, and has a powerful effect on information (therefore public perception, therefore public opinion) and culture, eventually gets taken over by leftists."

And your list omitted one of the most powerful: social media. There are millions of people in this country who get their so-called "news" by reading their Facebook and Twitter feeds. Zuckerberg and Dorsey took the word of intelligence "experts" who claimed that Hunter Biden's laptop is "Russian disinformation," even though they admitted they didn't have a scrap of evidence to support this claim. "It just sounds like something the Russians would so."

So they blocked any mention of the New York Post from Facebook and Twitter. The Post was doing great work exposing the contents of the laptop. It was briefly mentioned by mainstream media. Always on page A28 below the fold in newspapers, and always on the website (but not on the air) by such propaganda bureaus as CNN and MSNBC. And the headline never failed to include the words "Russian ploy."

According to a survey, 16% of Joe Biden voters in the swing states would have changed their vote if they'd heard about the laptop. That's the 2020 election, folks. Election fraud allegations are both futile and unnecessary. This is what swung the election.

“Yep, Bergoglio clearly believes that time’s almost up for him. “

As long as he obeys his masters his job. is secure.

It does seems that Bergoglio seems to enjoy preternatural death-defying health (as does Ted McCarrick), but the same seemed true of RBG ...

Yes, Confession on demand, communions in the state of Grace, the latin mass is a beautiful gift from our Creator.

The more I witness it the more I see that every action and prayer in it is a perfect guide to salvation.

This Pope will do whatever he can to stop it, but as others have said, he is running out of time...

It isn't hard to believe that Satan spawned this trainwreck of a Pope. He was born for such a time and purpose.

"passing over Cordileone for McElroy, the Pope appears to be on the side of leniency in regard to pro-abortion individuals."

Now that is an absurd understatement. He is on the side of evil and part of the new world order. Any wonder why Jesus will soon remove His followers from what is to come?

All part of God’s plan.

Bergoglio: abortion is murder. Bergoglio: Politicians promoting the... practice of murder should not be... denied communion or we’ll lose their... billions of US dollars they grant us directly from the US Treasury to resettle...immigrants.

Whoa, bingo!

It's reminiscent when the RCC sold indulgences to fund the building of the Vatican, only to have an outraged Augustinian priest start nailing his objections to the church door.

It most certainly did not. What made you think for one second that social media is not an institution that was supposedly non-political but was taken over by leftists, with an agenda of having a powerful effect on information, public perception, public opinion and culture?

On August 2, 2018, the Vatican announced that it had formally changed the official Catechism of the Catholic Church on the death penalty, calling capital punishment “an attack on the inviolability and dignity of the person” and deeming it “inadmissible” in all cases.
