When is she going to implement Stop & Frisk in NYS’s Urban Utopias... It was pointed out on a talk radio show yesterday (I forget which one) that the procedure is Stop, QUESTION and frisk. If they resist the questioning, then they are frisked. The downside is that using your right to NOT talk to the police will often result in a pat-down.
